Terms of Service

• You sign in with an X or Google account and are responsible for activity that happens under it.
• You must be at least 13, or the minimum age required to use X where you live.
• Keep your sign-in provider account secure, and tell us if you think someone else is using your Whenspots account.

When you connect an X account, you authorize Whenspots to publish the posts you create, schedule or queue, and to read metrics for those posts. Whenspots only publishes content you have scheduled, queued or chosen to publish now. You can disconnect at any time in Settings or from your X account settings.

Your use of X through Whenspots is also governed by X's own terms and rules. Whenspots isn't affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by X Corp.

You own what you create in Whenspots. You give us permission to store, process and transmit it only as needed to run the service, for example to save your drafts, publish your posts and show your analytics.

You're responsible for what you publish, and for having the rights to any text, images or videos you upload.

The AI studio generates draft posts with Google Gemini. Drafts can be inaccurate or unoriginal, and they may contain placeholders for you to fill in. Review and edit every draft before publishing. You're responsible for anything you choose to post.

Don't use Whenspots to:

• break the law or X's rules, including its rules on spam, platform manipulation and automation;
• post content that is illegal, harassing, hateful or that infringes someone else's rights;
• access accounts you're not authorized to manage;
• interfere with, overload or try to break the service or its security.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

Whenspots is in preview and free to use for now. Features may change. Scheduled posts depend on X's API, which can fail, be rate limited or change, so we can't guarantee that every post goes out exactly on time. If we introduce paid plans, we'll tell you before anything is charged.

You can stop using Whenspots and disconnect your X accounts at any time. To delete your account, contact the Whenspots team. We may also end the service, or your access to it, with reasonable notice where we can give it.

Whenspots is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost posts, data, reach or revenue arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms as Whenspots evolves. If we make meaningful changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page and let you know in the app. Continuing to use Whenspots after that means you accept the updated terms.
